Let’s move to build connection and community to conquer Parkinson’s disease. Join us as we raise awareness and support for those affected by PD.
At Move to Stop Parkinson's, you will unite with your community for a cause that is important to all of us- our health. Our health determines how much we can be present in the here-and-now, how much we can do with our day, and, ultimately, how many days we get.
When you are faced with an illness that gets progressively worse and there is no cure, you learn to take your days in stride and seize every opportunity to share those precious moments that make life so fulfilling. In tribute to this attitude, we have planned a fun-filled day to spend with your family, friends, and community. Thank you for joining us for a truly memorable occasion!

Seventy percent of the funds raised will go to help Fresno families affected by Parkinson's. The majority of the funds will be made available to help low-income individuals pay for the cost of the exercise program of their choosing. It's important to recognize that Parkinson's not only affects the person who has been diagnosed, it affects the caregivers, too. That's why we've committed $ from the Fresno funds to provide care days for caregivers to someone who has Parkinson's disease.
