In our Pedal Pushers indoor cycling classes, our delightful coaches will lead you through a fun workout that’ll get your heart pumping and your blood flowing, activating and nourishing all those important systems in your body that promote health.
Oldies play in the background, while our bubbly coaches guide you and your fellow classmates on a joyful ride, modified to fit your fitness level and ability. Once you’ve completed your ride (typically 30 minutes), you’ll finish off the workout with strength and flexibility training to build strong bones and improve mobility.

Worried you can’t hop on a bike, or do you have difficulty pedaling? No problem! We have specialized pedals that can sit in front of a chair, and they even have a built-in motor that can pedal for you.

The Pedal Pushers class is offered with our specialty fitness programs and is included as part of the Rock Steady Boxing and Move Beyond Cancer program memberships. A Move Membership is also available, and includes access to Pedal Pushers and Tai Chi for Balance.
Specialized program to help manage health conditions, including: Parkinson's, cancer, MS, stroke, heart disease, and Alzheimer's.
Monday and Wednesday at 2:30pm.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00am and 1:00pm.

Move Membership is $110/month.
Space is limited to 8 participants.
All coaches and participants are fully vaccinated.
We keep our classes small so we can ensure that everyone is getting the best possible workout. Small classes allow our coaches to go around during the workout and give you individualized feedback. You can be confident that you are performing the exercises safely and effectively to maximize the benefits.
