Background
Fitness is important to me for many reasons;
the two greatest reasons are self-confidence and dance.
Growing up I did not have a lot of confidence in myself
but exercising helped to build my self-confidence.
As a dancer at heart and a dance major,
fitness allows me to condition my body to better pursue my passion.
When it comes to personal training,
my goal is to make each workout fun,
so you don’t realize how hard you are working 😉.
I want you to feel energized and uplifted by the end of
each workout, ultimately feeling more confident and happier!
Knowing that I can have a positive impact on a person’s
overall well-being and happiness is why I chose a career in fitness.

Background
I started playing youth sports at the age of three years old,
and as a result, fitness has always been a part of my life.
Over the years, I have been involved in several sports
including soccer, football, baseball, wrestling, and taekwondo.
I continue to maintain an active lifestyle so I can always be ready for the next adventure;
I don’t want to end up watching from the sidelines because I wasn’t in the physical condition to participate.
As a trainer, I strive to create a safe and educational environment to help my clients achieve their goals.
I feel it is important that my clients not only understand how to perform exercises correctly,
but also understand the role that the exercise plays in helping them achieve a long and exceptional life.
